
The majority of people I speak with would like to learn more about healthier food options for their families, but they don't know where to begin. Recently, I came up with the idea of writing down everything I look for and avoid when shopping for groceries. It's been a long road to get to this point, but I'm happy to say I've now finished my first E-Book called Parent's Guide to Healthy Eating.
