Directions:
- Roll on on the outside of the affected ear, down the jaw, and in front of and behind the ear. You can also roll some on your finger and do a quick swipe inside the ear. Massage the oils into skin which can also help promote drainage. Repeat every 15 minutes until symptoms subside.
